Principal Accountability
:
This role is responsible for developing and implementing commercial leadership strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. The role support’s the Marketing Manager in BP, Executing Territory Winning Plans (Volume, Distribution, and Share), Capex Strategies and Operational Plans.

Develop and Implement Territory Winning Plans

  • Work with TCMs/ SOM and their teams for development and execution of Territory Winning Plans: Share Acceleration, Share Regain and Distribution Build-up (ND & WD) Plans.

Commercial Business Planning (BP)

  • Execute commercial business planning in the organization by engaging all stakeholders and providing them guidance for finalization of business plans. Gather bottom-ups from Sales and prepare final business plans in line with company’s strategy. Plan includes volume forecasts, pricing, product portfolio, DME and CAPEX. Provide required input for annual, short term and long range plans. This role includes Monitoring of BP KBIs (ND & WD Conversion, DME, CAPEX, ACID TEST Availability)

Establish OBPPC (Occasion, Brand, Pack, Price & Channel) architecture

  • Define clear roles and occasions for each brand and package. Establish a real connection between KO products with shopper’s need and enhance Shelf Confidence by focusing on occasion and defining package roles across channels and exploring price elasticity options. Perform a SWOT analysis on competitors and analyze their marketing strategies (with regards to OBPPC).

Drive Revenue Growth Management

  • Define and plot highest value and volume packs, occasions and channels for monetary and volume growth in the light of available insights for industry, products, customer, shopper and consumer.

Drive Segmentation Strategy

  • Place a robust segmentation strategy (VPO, SEC, Channels) for regions and channels to improve segmented execution in a simpler but effective way.

Implement Global Best Practices

  • Study and implement global best practices related to marketing initiatives, shopper opportunities, brand/pack and channel growth strategies, chilled space expansion and market assets management. Implement global customer and commercial leadership best practices and marketing operational excellence initiatives.
