  Qualification: MBA from a reputable institute

  Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in manufacturing industry preferably agribusiness. 

  Responsibilities & Authorities:

  • Work closely with Heads of Crop Marketing Unit to identify key strategic focus (market pull) and help create portfolios that maximize success of the crop strategy (as measured by profit, share, satisfaction)
  • Implement strategic push of assets/platforms to relevant crops to ensure projected financial targets for individual assets are met
  • Create portfolio performance and market positioning updates and help identify gaps to be filled
  • Review, challenge, and consolidate all category relevant aspects of crop strategies and business cases into short mid and long term priorities and actions
  • Support the Head of Crop Marketing Unit to drive implementation of crop portfolio strategies in territorySupport the Head of Asset Category by working with functional leads as needed to drive strategic projects through completion
