Key Roles and Responsibilities 

  • CRC Officer for processing of Ijarah, Diminishing Musharika financing documentation and disbursement, filing and lodgement of important documents in safe custody, handling various operations pertaining to Ijarah /DM (Asset) & Certificate of Musharika(Liabilities).

Handling operations related to the product of Ijarah/Diminishing Musharika for Leasing & housing finance such as; 

  • Preparation of Lease Documentations. 
    • Coordination with RMs regarding client related queries 
    • Identification of outstanding security documents, deficiencies and coordination with RM for collection of documents. 
    • Scrutinizing the documents/forms and following up for resolution of discrepancies (if any). 
    • Processing of finance facility /loans and forwarding instructions to Finance department for disbursement. 
    • Creation and redemption of mortgage/lien marking. 
    • Filing and lodgement of Original documents and relevant papers in safe custody. 
    • COM Application’s processing. 
    • COM Encashment’s processing. 
    • For the evaluation of termination value for lease contract 
    • Update the asset information & insurance policies in lease management system against various contracts 
    • Make vehicle release letters after ensuring that asset & insurance policies are updated in system. 
    • Make Authority to derive in system-data base after ensuring that original registration file of SCM leased asset. 
    • Preparation of Transfer letters/Transfer deed for matured or terminated leases. 
    • Ensure timely reprising of all variable leases and forwarding the rental invoice to the customers, and verification of Lease rentals with RMs calculation. 
    • Basic knowledge of Lease /COM operations  
    • Contribute to the timely resolution of queries / complaints received from Customer / Marketing, Finance or any other area related to Modaraba. 
    • Providing operational support to all business initiatives. 
    • Ensuring cost-effective and efficient process flows. 
    • Ensuring operational control standards are adhered to protect the company’s interests. 

Qualification & skills 

  • Graduate or MBA 
    • Proven track record of at least two years in the field of operations with a demonstration of responsibility in previous job(s) 
    • Should have an understanding of the mechanism of Islamic Products i.e Ijarah financing, Musharika and housing finance. 
    • Ability to communicate well i.e. written and spoken as the job involves frequent and constant liaison with client relationship, valuers, legal counsel.  Knowledge of internal Credit Operation procedures, documentation and product knowledge. 
    • Good understanding on external regulation and policies. 
    • Knowledge of PC operation including Excel/Word & Power point, MS-Outlook 
    • Full awareness on customer due diligence (SDD, EDD , EBBS, ECDD & NORKOM) 
    • Completion of daily work and assignments with positive & pro-active approach for the betterment of service quality of SCM. 
    • Ability to handle large volumes of business activities and maintain service delivery standards. 
    • Ability to develop/improve processes and controls, which balance business, needs with control requirements. 
    • Ability to ‘think’ and develop process flows. 
    • Ability to adopt and understand changing technological advances in the industry.
