Job Level :  Officer Minimum Education :  Bachelor Minimum Experience :  5 years experience in General Services in both local and overseas procurement. On-line procurement system and tracking Working experience / understanding of INGOs and MOH procurement policies. Knowledge of various donors compliance requirements specifically medicines and medical equipment. Experience of working with local partners Job description :  The purpose of the this position is to lead the procurement activities in the project for provision of high quality goods and services to ensure smooth supply of equipments/ supplies / material to meet project requirements. Building capacities of the POs including project staff, the incumbent should have full knowledge of dealing with procurement matters.
