Your typical day at work:
Desktop/Laptop Support Access Network Support. Able to handle end-to-end Operations without any external support. Basic System (Windows) Operational Tasks Coordinating with networks team for any backend issues Understanding of Contact Center infrastructure. Understanding of PC/application troubleshooting. Troubleshooting & resolution of all front-end issues Antivirus installations Capability of understanding end user problem. Experience of working on Avaya and Genesys. Technical ability to solve problems and flexibility of approach towards solutions with minimal technical guidance.

IP and Network Management Basic AD Management DHCP Management Coordination for deployments through SCCM
