Clinical Nurse Instructor for Hyderabad Hospital Aga Khan Jobs in Pakistan Introduction

Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Clinical Nurse Instructor.

Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for:

Provide safe, competent, individualized nursing care to patients ranging from basic to complex, including imparting patients/family education and support
To identify staff learning needs, develop and implement appropriate teaching sessions to enhance knowledge and skills and coach novice nursing staff to intensify their competencies and knowledge

Requirements

Applicants should have:

Diploma in Nursing and Diploma in Midwifery from an accredited school; Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) would be preferred
At least two years of experience in clinical teaching in maternal and child care areas
Valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council
Certification in BLS, safe medication administration, I/V cannulation, ECG and CTG interpretation and aseptic techniques
Possess multidisciplinary approaches in delivery of patient care and staff development
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
