Education:
Bachelors (Preferably Masters) Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred
Work experience:
Telecom sector experience with strong analytical, project management, process analysis and reengineering expertise along with strong change and stakeholder management skills

Your typical day at work:
Develops solutions to critical issues and present alternatives Defines and directs complex data analysis Develops project work plans and performs project management Identify opportunities to improve existing procedures, systems and related tools to meet the requirements of departmental goals and objectives like enhancing Customer Experience, AHT Reduction, Operational Efficiency, NPS and FCR Improvement, Recall reduction etc. Analyze operational reports (AHT, Recall, FCA Verification, FCR, NPS etc.) to identify and interpret trends, variances and business performance and communicate findings in a clear and concise format Develop and implement systematic approaches, reports, metrics, and enabling tools to measure, monitor, and increase process efficiency, reduce process cost, and increase process quality Provide process improvement support to process owners and assist them in developing processes/procedures Ensure visibility of operations, tasks, assignments and projects at all levels, as required Develop liaison with department managers, senior leadership and stakeholders Serve as the business analyst on major projects to gather requirements, build process flows, create and execute test and training plans Proactively develop and implement measures to improve operations, AHT, NPS, Recall and FCR etc.

Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills Basic project management understanding and knowledge Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply standard policies, procedures and other established guidelines Knowledge of business process review, improvement and re-engineering theory, procedures and tools In-depth understanding of SOPs/Processes, Systems and Applications Strong MS Office knowledge and expertise, specifically Excel, Visio, Power Point and Project High level of customer services skills Ability to understand business requirements and provide required solutions Excellent verbal and written communication / facilitation skills Ability to initiate new ideas and their implementation Strong sense of ownership and responsibility Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently Self-motivated Individual & a Team Player Ability to work in challenging/stressful environment Ability to work flexible hours, if required
