    Experience:                         Over all 4-7 years of experience in general trade out of which

         at least 2 years of experience as Area Sales Manager in General Trade Division

    Job Description:

    • Design and Implement strategy to achieve assigned targets.
    • Co-ordinate with Zonal Head on un-productivity / low productivity at Outstations in any month / Qtr / Year.
    • Plan & execute town storming campaigns at outstations.
    • Monitor Proposed Journey Plans of the team members.
    • Plan and monitor trade offers for outstations and analyze effectiveness.
    • Plan brand activations at small stations. Develop monitoring mechanism coupled with pre/post analysis
    • Suggest new town development strategy to penetrate into rural part of the country through GAP / OPPORTUNITY analysis.
