• Displayed hands on management style. Job Summary: Lead a team of Unit Heads/District Customer Services Managers to deliver high quality services without affecting the turnaround time that exceeds customer expectations.Enforce effective control measure to minimize operational risk. Key Responsibilities: • Must possess knowledge of banking operations and back end core systems.
• Must possess analytical skills enabling the division to realease Schedule of Charges, do the pricing of expensive Deposits.
• Must possess vendor management skills and be able to effectively liasion with I.T, Complaince and various other departments.
• Possess Internal Personal Skills.
• Must have proficiency in oral & written business communication & presentation.
