Business Development Manager Defense Equipment HTA Job in Islamabad

Qualification: MBA or BSC in any Engineering discipline

Experience: 6 to 8 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities & Authorities:

Identify and develop business opportunities
Manage sales activities through the sales team in the field of Defense Equipment / Projects.
Set and achieve short and long term business and financial objectives / targets.
Leading and motivating team.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.
Analytical and budgeting skills
Planning Skills
Strong presentation skills
Proficient in business communication (English and Urdu - both verbal and written)
Bring an entrepreneurial approach to all initiatives
Proven ability to work independently.
Army background will be preferred having work experience with DGP/DGDP
