Role: 

1. Core banking solutions implementation, business process and functional process adaptation
2. Communicate with Product Owner for functional requirement and brief the same among the architects and scrum master etc.
3. Will help the scrum master in creating backlog along with the PBO for the team.
4. Participate in the daily scrums
5. serves the team and product owner to turn the requirements into the working software.
6. tracks the progress and helps the team to achieve the given commitment. Ultimate goal is to make the sprint successful.
7. Ensure that the technical design and implementation are in conformity with business design
8. Perform design walkthroughs to communicate design and obtain feedback
9. Review and validate QA Test Plans
10. Help QA with system and functional testing
11. Review and edit product documentation
12. Conduct training and product information sessions
13. Perform tasks within agile software development lifecycle
14. Participate in technical review, formal presentation and accurate documentation
15. Define product features, accounting entries & reports
16. Train and support to End users on existing and new enhancements / features of the Core banking software.
17. Communicate effectively in both verbal and written communications.
18. Act as a catalyst for the change management

General Skills: 

1. Understanding of agile development methodology
2. Understanding of banking applications
3. Core banking project implementation for the one or more of the following Functional domain
   •   DIT13-17  General Banking / Deposits
   •   DIT13-18  Trade Finance
   •   DIT13-19  Credit / Advances
   •   DIT13-20  ADC – Alternate Delivery Channels / Cash Mgmt
4. Excellent written and verbal communications and problem solving skills
5. Good understanding of features/functions of leading banking products

Technical Skills: 

1. Candidate having experience as a member of Business core team responsible for customization and deployment of Core Banking application would be preferred.
2. Familiarity with Agile methodology would be added advantage

Education & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent from one of the leading Universities
2. Preferably MBA
3. Certification/ diploma from IBP in Banking would be preferred
4. 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst/Product Expert for Banking Software
5. Should be familiar with SDLC
6. Preference will be given to those who have following experience
7. Experience in different banks on Core Banking Software prior to joining the Bank such as Flexcube, Temenos, Symbols,Mysis etc
8. Experience in the managing projects
9. Experience requirements gathering, business analysis, testing and support.
10. Experience of process re-engineering
