Role:

1. Core banking solutions implementation, business process and functional process adaptation
2. Provide product functional expertise of assigned areas to Developers, QA, Support, Users etc.
3. Prepare business designs for functional and regulatory requirements
4. Ensure that the technical design and implementation are in conformity with business design
5. Perform design walkthroughs to communicate design and obtain feedback
6. Prepare and validate QA Test Plans along with product Documentation
7. Capability of creating content in multi-media and video formats
8. Assist  QA with system and functional testing and take sign-Off on UAT
9. Participate in technical review, formal presentation and accurate documentation
10. Define  product features, accounting entries & reports
11. Train and support to End users on existing and new enhancements / features of the Core banking software.
12. Communicate effectively in both verbal and written communications.
13. Act as a catalyst for the change management

General Skills: 

1. Understanding of agile development methodology
2. Core banking  project implementation (end to end functionality) of any of  Functional domain such as 
   • Trade Finance
   • Deposits
   • Alternate Delivery Channels
   • Home Remittance
   • Finance & Reconciliation
   • Treasury
3. Excellent written and verbal communications and problem solving skills
4. Good understanding of features/functions of leading banking products

Technical Skills: 

1. Technology: Rational, UML, XML, UI Tools

Education & Experience: 

1. Preferably MBA
2. Degree  / Proficiency / Certification diploma from IBP  in Banking
3. 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst/Product Lead for Banking Software
4. Preference will be given to those who have following experience
   • Experience on different Core Banking Software such as Flexcube, Temenos, Symbols and Mysis…
   • Experience in  the managing projects
   • Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, testing and support.
   • Experience of process re-engineering
