Eligibility Criteria (Education/Experience/ Certifications):
Education:  BS CS/BS Software Engineering /Computer Science.  Work experience:  Experience in Interconnect billing will be advantage

Mediation & Interconnect Operations Executive: to get in depth knowledge of Telecom Interconnect/Mediation & CMS systems

Your typical day at work:
Work with a team as per defined responsibility matrix. Good knowledge of oracle SQL/PL SQL Knowledge of UNIX commands and shell scripting  Defining new trunks groups and tariffs in interconnect billing Executing daily/weekly and monthly checklists CDR reconciliation with other operators Responsible for monthly interconnect bill runs  Responsible for bi-monthly commission runs Testing of new changes in existing systems Follow-ups on operational issues for resolution Coordinate with Technical, Finance, Revenue Assurance , Sales & Distribution & DWH teams for day to day operations

Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
Strong reconciliation concepts Good communication skills
