The incumbent will be responsible to manage the overall affairs of the Branch. He/she should possess excellent sales & marketing skills and the ability to:

  • Strengthen deposit base of the Bank specifically through marketing Islamic Banking Products.
  • Possess good knowledge of Islamic Mode of Financing.
  • Have the ability to manage and lead a team in order to achieve Business Targets effectively & efficiently.
  • Develop a versatile customer base. Qualification: At least graduate. Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA degree or having an equivalent qualification from HEC recognized universities and additional certifications in Islamic Banking.
  1. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of banking experience in Islamic Banking Branches including at least 2 years of experience as Branch Manager.
  2. Age: Preferably less than 40 years.
