BMT Coordinator Shaukat Khanum Hospital Job in Lahore
The purpose of this post is to provide administrative support to BMT Team. BMT coordinator works closely with transplant physician and referring oncologist throughout patient care helps in the education and coordination of the care patients and their families require throughout the transplantation process. The coordinator communicates all aspects of care plan with other team members. Practices in accordance with professional standards, core values, and with a commitment to service excellence.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBBS (preferably have passed all professional examinations at 1st attempt) will be preferred. OR Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited Nursing Educational Institution / University (approved by Pakistan Nursing Council / HEC) or Minimum qualification B.A/B.Sc from recognized university.
- Experience in healthcare environment will be preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with referring physicians, colleagues, and in house health care team required.
- Ability to schedule and coordinate BMT meetings/Conferences.
- Ability to prioritize emergent issues /tasks and record keeping.
- Ability to work under pressure, interact and coordinate with diverse groups of people.
- Willing and able to take on increasing responsibility with time.
- Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal skill and computer skills.
