BEHAVIOR CHANGE COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST JOB IN KARACHI & ISLAMABAD Minimum Education :  Master Minimum Experience :  Minimum of 7 years of related experience and training Experience in maternal, newborn, and child health programs is highly desirable. Experience in health and a Behavior Change Communication projects is highly desirable.  Job description :  The Behavior Change Communication (BCC) Specialist will work with program staff and partners to develop strategies to ensure health promotion and behavior change messages, with an emphasis to ignite a health movement that will spur an ongoing dialogue among Married Women of Reproductive Age (MWRA) and their influencers (e.g., husband, mother-in-law, community support groups) that will ultimately bring together people and communities to build healthier lives. The Specialist will help to forge strong partnerships with local community programs that foster the practice of positive behavior among individuals and communities by improving their knowledge, attitudes, skills, and norms about key practices. S/He will facilitate a coordinated dialogue resulting in increased demand for and use of FP/RH and MCH products and services.
