Position Code: DIT13-06 Role: 

1. Responsible for the supervision of the project
2. Define and develop IT Project Plan
3. Ensure that all the projects are delivered within the defined scope, quality, time and cost requirements.
4. Provide senior management of progress view of all projects
5. Coordinate with various departments regarding compliance and identify process improvements area
6. Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans ,estimates, scoping and requirement.
7. Manage cross project dependencies and control risks.
8. Prepare SLA, Dashboards/ weekly and monthly progress report
9. Handle issue / Escalations and logical conclusions
10. Be aware of project management product and technology changes in marketplace

General Skills: 

1. Experience in banking domain would be preferred
2. Excellent written and verbal communications, presentation and problem solving skills
3. Good understanding of features/functions of leading banking products

Technical Skills: 

1. PMP Certified and experience as a project manager in financial sector would be preferred

Education & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent from one of the leading Universities
2. 5+ years of relevant work experience as a project manager in financial sector
3. Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs including projects run on agile methodology
