Role:
- Responsible for the supervision of the project
- Define and develop IT Project Plan
- Ensure that all the projects are delivered within the defined scope, quality, time and cost requirements.
- Provide senior management of progress view of all projects
- Coordinate with various departments regarding compliance and identify process improvements area
- Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans ,estimates, scoping and requirement.
- Manage cross project dependencies and control risks.
- Prepare SLA, Dashboards/ weekly and monthly progress report
- Handle issue / Escalations and logical conclusions
- Be aware of project management product and technology changes in marketplace
General Skills:
- Experience in banking domain would be preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communications, presentation and problem solving skills
- Good understanding of features/functions of leading banking products
Technical Skills:
- PMP Certified and experience as a project manager in financial sector would be preferred
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent from one of the leading Universities
- 5+ years of relevant work experience as a project manager in financial sector
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs including projects run on agile methodology
