Job Objective

Develop & manage Business Banking products – Assets & Liabilities life cycle in order to achieve department objectives & goals

Job Description

  • Manage complete life cycle of all products. Business banking products – Assets & Liabilities in launch, growth, maturity & decline phases.
  • Manage complete credit cycle of the products by analyzing the market needs, understand competitive landscape, conceptualize different product propositions & offers, develop competitive products & successfully launch the new products / promotions.
  • Monitor the performance & progress of the product(s) by analyzing data & different MIS report(s)
  • Propose & amend product features based on performance monitoring & changing market dynamics
  • Provide periodic MIS report(s) to management for decision making
  • Provide recommendations to business – banking department’s financial objectives
  • Develop & implement Business plans, Marketing plans, Product Development Documents Pricing plans
  • Ensure efficient systems & processes are developed to meet business objectives
  • Ensure all process & procedures are in line with banks policies & sharia principles 

Additional Details

  • Minimum 7 – 9 years of experience in Banking / SME
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (MBA will be a plus)
  • Detailed knowledge UAE banking industry, retail banking & SME products
  • Excellent project management & communication skills
  • Good interpersonal & PC knowledge
