Qualification: MBA (preferably in Marketing)

Experience: at least 2 to 4 years related experience

Responsibilities & Authorities:

Roll out of new offers starting from idea generation to launch and then after launch tracking
Coordinate with various functions like Technical, IT, Brands, Legal, Finance and Customer Care for effective launch and tracking
Work hand in hand with Marketing Research team to share consumer insights
Monitor key parameters of revenue and subscriber base to ensure profitability and growth of IDD & IR
Develop concept, commercial assessment, business model, and justification for related roaming products and services
Be responsible to compile related weekly/monthly management reporting, performance analysis, and monitoring
Handle IR agreement negotiations with partner operators
Manage ongoing projects to ensure timely completion
Prepare weekly and monthly QoS and project status reports

Skills and Competencies:

Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and work closely with a diverse, cross-functional team
Should have sound analytical abilities, problem identification and resolution skills
Should be proficient in MS-Office suits
Should possess excellent knowledge of GSM Networks
Should have excellent time management skills
Should have excellent analytical skills
