Professional Experience

3 years’ experience of production operation management in a leading company
Principal Accountability
:
- Preparation and execution of production plans
- Monitoring and reporting of Production KPIs
- Training and supervising third party service provider’s personnel
- Leading roll out of local and global SHE initiatives in SCJ Pakistan
- Supporting Manager Manufacturing Operations in SHE Audits
- Monitoring and reporting compliance against audit findings
- Supporting Manager Manufacturing Operations in ISO Audit process

- Strong “Personal Ownership”: Expected to independently manage day to day Production activities
- Interpersonal & Influencing: Job will require extensive cross functional interaction
- Integrity: Expected to champion SHE execution with the confidence to challenge any unsafe acts
Remuneration Package & Other Details

PKR 50,000 – 65,000 with other benefits applicable
