Job Requirements: Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years experience of supervising and building sales team along with implementation and management of sales strategy. They will be required to sell minutes in order to generate revenue and maximize the value of the channel. Strong proven record in developing and coaching sales team, high level of personal moral standards and integrity coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills are the pre-requites. Prior experience in electronic media selling is preferable.
