Job Title: Assistant Product Manager – RB Cash Management Total Position: One Group Retail Bank Job Type Permanent Job Location: Karachi Minimum Education: Minimum Bachelors degree in business or IT related discipline. Minimum Experience: Minimum three years of banking/cash management experience in either Product Management, Cash management Opertaions or IT support Job Summary: Responsible for identifying, analyzing, customizing and supporting RB cash management products and services, both collection & disbursements to established business customers and target prospective clients through RB front line. Product Development and enhancement to support bank’s deposit growth strategies and goals; generate additional revenue from the sale of cash management products and services. Key Responsibilities: • Product management & enhancements, for Retail Bank Cash Management products.
• Close coordination with Sales, Operations, IT, Genesis and other relevant cross functional businesses for overall products development, customization and implementation.
•Managing, designing and developing of marketing collateral for RB cash management.
•Developing customized process flow in detail for structuring and aligning of the business requirements.
•Support Sales in generating proposals, meeting customers to pitch and also resolve their product structing requirements.
•Strong IT knowledge and should posses excellent inter personal skills.
•Must be proficient in oral / written business communication & presentation skills.
•Must be a team player.
