Assistant Policy Manager

Job Summary:

The incumbent will work on credit policy modifications/updates given the changing market and regulatory environment, for managing risk at portfolio level position and minimizing the NPL of the bank in general, for developing rating models (for Obligors, Facilities, Industry Risk Acceptance Criteria, etc.) with Manager Credit Policy individually.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for obtaining feedback from various departments for revision/development of policies.
• Study Industry reports and provide feedback on Risk Acceptance Criteria.
• Liaison with CAD, IT, FINCON, etc. for system usage and reports accumulation etc.
• This position requires the individual to identify and analyze Gaps in Credit Policy.
•  Able to assist in development of risk rating models and criteria.
• Will be accountable for preparing presentations for senior management/Board.
