Position: Assistant Manager Internal Audit & Compliance
Industry: Industrial Development
Reports to: Audit Committee
Qualification: Partially qualified CA (Module E), with a Law degree will be preferred.
Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience.
Purpose of Job
Person will ensure Compliance with all laws, regulations, processes, systems, policies, procedures, agreements.
Job Description
- Create a mechanism for compliance with the Company’s policies and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure that a control system is in place to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure that all matters relating to non-compliance are elevated to those charged with governance.
- Ensure that issues identified by external auditors, internal auditors and compliance are followed up on and corrective action is taken on a timely basis.
- Ensure that employees of the Company receive adequate training and guidance on matters relating to compliance.
Essential Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Proficient in ERP and Microsoft Office.
