    Experience: At least 8 years of working experience in progressive FMCG/Pharma

    Responsibilities & Authorities:

    • Plan and Execute Preventive Maintenance of entire plant, in coordination with Production Manager
    • Manage all Maintenance and Engineering related activities of entire plant and Head Office
    • Manage Engineering store, workshop, spare part procurement and spare parts inventory
    • Development of in house/outsourced engineering capital works for improvement/enhancement in plants
    • Negotiate Technical Specification, Prices, and other terms in Procurement of New Plant and Machinery, and executing its installation
    • Train, guide and lead maintenance and engineering team
