Minimum Experience:
3 years experience of alternate delivery channels and IT System.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong MIS skills (SQL Preferred). • Patient listener of issue raised by users. • Strong oral and written communication.

 

 

 

Job Summary:

Monitoring of IRIS (Transaction Switch), allied applications and availability of ADC (Alternate Delivery Channel) services to meet the customer and business requirement. Also responsible for ATM installation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Ensure the successful operation of all delivery channels. •Ensure the availability customers images on controller during transaction through ATM. •Ensure the test environment is as per expectation of users & stakeholder. •Satisfactory customer level services. •Quality assurance of services & support: To achieve this, arrange comprehensive testing of the products. •Monitoring of all key business applications related to Alternate Delivery Channel services. Commissioning of new ATM, deployment of new screens on ATMs and maintenance of Generic Channel IDs. •Provide technical services and support to users and application stakeholders for testing of new business products Build relationships with all business groups within the Bank and provide technical support as and when required.
