Assistant Head Nurse, Paediatrics Ward - A .
Responsibilities
The incumbent will be handling Paeds Speciality that includes Paeds Surgery, Neuro Surgery, Infectious Disease, General Medicine and sick neonats and will be responsible for:
- assisting Head Nurse in day to day management of the unit
- teaching and mentoring novice staff
- ensuring quality care being delivered to patients
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited school
- minimum three years of clinical experience
- valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council
- Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Safe Medication Administration, Aseptic Techniques, I/V Cannulation, Tool Training and Facilitation Course
- excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
- willingness to work in shift duties
