Assistant Company Secretary PeX HR Job in Karachi

The incumbent is e responsible to assist Company Secretary/CFO in compliance with Company Registrar Office, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan and Stock Exchanges Rules and Regulations in relation to Corporate Affairs.

He/she will also assist the trustees and secretary of the fund in managing the affairs of the Pension, Gratuity Fund, WWF, Benevolent Fund and monitor Investment Portfolio and Bank Accounts of the said funds.

Requirements: 

BA/LLB

Candidates qualified from Institute of Chartered Secretaries Pakistan (ICSP) / Institute of Cost and Management Accountant Pakistan (ICMAP) will be preferred.

Experience: Max. 3 years (Equal Opportunity)
