    Responsibilities & Authorities:

    • Ensure 100{97eebaffb719edc77f5d3f263ca9ac303de719282e01b1503d31e8104cb63712} Achievement of Sales against monthly sales Forecasts.
    • Ensure Availability at all agreed Channels, Cities and Key Accounts; while utilizing the distributor’s sales team.
    • Identify and resolve all Market related issues.
    • Develop and execute plans to minimize Trade Losses.
    • Motivate, Direct and Train team to strengthen availability & visibility; and to achieve targets.
    • Execute all Policies from the company to Increase Revenue and control costs.
    • Arrange Resources
    • Monitor and report Pre – and Post activity Sales Analysis
