- Getting New Customers on Board.
- Develop & Deploy New & Existing Sales/Order Booking team.
- Prepare and implement market visit & route riding plans for Sales/Order Booking team.
- Achieve sales target & Accounts by improving Sales/Order Booking Team.
- Develop and strengthen relationship with existing and potential dealer / retailers.
- Responsible for ensuring proper merchandising of products on the shelves.
- Plan & Coordinate promotion execution. Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone
- Making appointments with and meeting new customers
- Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
- Meeting sales targets
- Promoting new products and any special deals
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
- Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
- Giving feedback on sales trends
- Drive Distribution through FMCG process strategically
- Market and Distributor Management
