Getting New Customers on Board.
Develop & Deploy New & Existing Sales/Order Booking team.
Prepare and implement market visit & route riding plans for Sales/Order Booking team.
Achieve sales target & Accounts by improving Sales/Order Booking Team.
Develop and strengthen relationship with existing and potential dealer / retailers.
Responsible for ensuring proper merchandising of products on the shelves.
Plan & Coordinate promotion execution. Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone
Making appointments with and meeting new customers
Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
Meeting sales targets
Promoting new products and any special deals
Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
Giving feedback on sales trends
Drive Distribution through FMCG process strategically
Market and Distributor Management
Forecasting and data analysis
Team Management
Competition Reporting
Process compliance and control
