  • Getting New Customers on Board.
  • Develop & Deploy New & Existing Sales/Order Booking team.
  • Prepare and implement market visit & route riding plans for Sales/Order Booking team.
  • Achieve sales target & Accounts by improving Sales/Order Booking Team.
  • Develop and strengthen relationship with existing and potential dealer / retailers.
  • Responsible for ensuring proper merchandising of products on the shelves.
  • Plan & Coordinate promotion execution. Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone
  • Making appointments with and meeting new customers
  • Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
  • Meeting sales targets
  • Promoting new products and any special deals
  • Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
  • Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
  • Giving feedback on sales trends
  • Drive Distribution through FMCG process strategically
  • Market and Distributor Management
