Job Description

ADMINISTRATOR / MANAGER

  • Preparing annual work plan according to the budget of Dept.
  • Annual reporting of the work plan
  • Coordination with marketing department to coordinate/ negotiate with donors on behalf of Dept.
  • Develop and implement different projects with respect to Dept
  • Design work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements and also identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
  • Define the strategies and roadmap
  • Propose an overall budget to ensure success
  • Manage assigned projects to achieve department targets and goals
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the department.
  • Coordination with various departments to carry out Planning, financial analysis, costing and invoicing.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Social Sciences/Management Sciences in relevant discipline from an HEC recognized institution;
  • At least 8 to10 years of relevant experience;
  • Strong communication and analytical skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office; and
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
