Job Description
ADMINISTRATOR / MANAGER
- Preparing annual work plan according to the budget of Dept.
- Annual reporting of the work plan
- Coordination with marketing department to coordinate/ negotiate with donors on behalf of Dept.
- Develop and implement different projects with respect to Dept
- Design work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements and also identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
- Define the strategies and roadmap
- Propose an overall budget to ensure success
- Manage assigned projects to achieve department targets and goals
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the department.
- Coordination with various departments to carry out Planning, financial analysis, costing and invoicing.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Social Sciences/Management Sciences in relevant discipline from an HEC recognized institution;
- At least 8 to10 years of relevant experience;
- Strong communication and analytical skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office; and
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
