Job description

The Senior Gender Advisor is accountable for ensuring affirmative actions taken to implement CARE strategy and 5-year program by developing systems and policies and proactively building capacities of CARE and its partners and in strengthening CARE organizational Gender & Ethnic Equity and Diversity (GEED) value, principles and practices.
