Responsibilities & Authorities:

    • Drive the alignment & execution of the People Strategies & Plans that find, develop, keep and enhance the contribution of employees to the short and long term business needs.
    • Ensure a clear understanding of roles and ownership of responsibilities of the line and HR.
    • Ensure reward packages are crafted to develop and retain key talents necessary for business performance in close collaboration with the Rewards Team.
    • Participate in unit/functional budget planning discussions.
    • Ensure that the right talent is acquired, managed and developed in the organization using our systems and processes including succession planning, in mutual collaboration with the line managers.
    • Strategic and tactical workforce planning in alignment with the client’s business plan
    • Analyze job descriptions, advertise, screen, conduct tests and interviews, place offers and negotiate on offers of below manager level positions to match the requirements of vacant positions.
    • Ensure proper documentation is maintained and prevent violation of code of conduct in any case. Follow proper policies and procedures in best interest of the company. Complete background checks and maintain recruitment standards
    • Develop, coordinate and implement selection and recruitment related policies and procedures.
    • Responsible for the employer branding campaigns from time to time to represent the company on various platforms like job fairs, awareness sessions, seminars, etc.
    • As per the company needs, design and assist in designing new recruitment campaigns like employee referral programs, management trainee program, etc.
    • Coordinate with placement officers of top tier universities to build positive image of company to attract fresh candidates.
    • Perform additional responsibilities as advised by the line manager
    • Assist the Manager Recruitment in developing the recruitment budget and setting targets for the recruitment team.
    • Responsible for the continuous improvement of existing HRMS in order to make full use of it in efficient and effective way.
    • To develop and update selection and recruitment related forms which are user friendly and easy to understand.
    • Coordinating with the executive search firms and assessment centers for various positions.
