Qualification: MBA/M.Sc. Marketing
Experience: 2 years of experience of hard core marketing
Responsibilities:
Assist in formulating and executing the marketing strategy vis-à-vis developing and executing marketing plans.
Assist in carving out annual marketing budgets based on the said marketing strategy.
Creatively work out ways to drive awareness, penetration (both Market & Shop – MPXSP) and loyalty using brand pull and push techniques.
Conduct market research to work out market potential vis-à-vis Product/Price/Placement/SKU strategy.
Assist in preparing the launch plans for new product launches (which may include launch presentations, POS material, product activation activities)
Liaison with Creative Agency for artwork, Product Packaging, POP material, Outdoor Marketing, Shop Branding, Giveaways etc. and ensuring the said are in line with international branding guidelines.
Vigilant monitoring of the market/competitors to maneuver marketing/pricing strategy.
Assist in designing the product and price mix according to targeted consumer and profile.
Assist in identification of potential/exclusive Shops through MPXSP report; for exclusive focus/branding.
Assist in identification and tapping of potential/untapped markets for new and technologically advanced products vis-à-vis engaging in sales calls to potential corporate/industry customers.
Assist in conducting product awareness seminars for applicators/contractors/builders etc. nationally.
Managing the resultant database of applicators/contractors/builders acquired through said seminars and eventual strong follow up to avoid missing out on any potential source.
Assist in devising awareness plans utilizing e-commerce channel and identification of potential portals for the same.
Assist in working on Cost-Efficiency Plans to alleviate unnecessary costs by choosing the most economical/best fit marketing model; thereby improving profit margins.
Coordinating all marketing related matters with other departments in the value chain and ensuring smooth execution via strong follow up.
