Designation: Lead HR Business Partner – Corporate

Industry: Telecom                                          

Qualification: Master’s in Human resource Management. (HRM Certifications will be an added advantage)

Experience: 4 to 7 years of relevant work experience (Relationship Management experience will be an added advantage)

Responsibilities & Authorities:

• Monitor and collect and feed data on recruitment process for each position in the recruitment portal.
• Lead a team of HRBPs to promote a philosophy of putting needs first at every opportunity and to put in place operational excellence initiatives within HR to achieve it.
• Work in partnership with senior management team(s) in order to identify ‘workforce’ requirements.
• Ensure that the right talent is acquired, managed and developed in the organization using HR systems and processes in collaboration with the line managers, as well as conduct HR Interviews.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances in a professional and effective manner.

• Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills
