Qualification: Master’s in Human resource Management. (HRM Certifications will be an added advantage)
Experience: 4 to 7 years of relevant work experience (Relationship Management experience will be an added advantage)
Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Monitor and collect and feed data on recruitment process for each position in the recruitment portal.
- Lead a team of HRBPs to promote a philosophy of putting needs first at every opportunity and to put in place operational excellence initiatives within HR to achieve it.
- Work in partnership with senior management team(s) in order to identify ‘workforce’ requirements.
- Ensure that the right talent is acquired, managed and developed in the organization using HR systems and processes in collaboration with the line managers, as well as conduct HR Interviews.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances in a professional and effective manner.
Skills and Competencies:
- Should be self-directed, motivated and take initiatives to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation
- Should be able to analyze and think strategically
- Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Should have sound coaching and counseling skills
- Should be able to plan and organize tasks effectively
