Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Determines optimal project direction to achieve business objectives
- Ensures end to end solution delivery and manages the stakeholders for any changes thereof
- Ability to manage a solution which involves huge volumes of data
- Manages the team for further roll-out activities
- Ensures that best practices in project management and stakeholder management are in place
- Ensures documentation standards compliance
- Leads the support team for different solution components in the operational phase
- Demonstrates good team building skills and provides ample opportunity to the subordinates in terms of new skills and growth
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills, as presentations are often required of them
- Ability to lead a team of dynamic individuals
- Must be quick to assess contingencies
