Qualification:

• Masters in Social Sciences preferably in English.

Experience:

• Three year or more of experience in reputable national/ international organizations in education resource management capacity, having clear understanding and capacity to undertake teacher training regularly having the capacity to develop additional learning material for students and undertaking teacher and student assessments through well designed tools.

Job Description:

• Bench marking the existing teacher’s knowledge and skills in terms of teaching all the subjects at the primary level.
• Based on this, he/she will be responsible for undertaking regular teacher training especially in the subject of English,
  Math’s, Science and Social studies.
• This will be undertaken in a systematic manner for ensuring that the teachers are delivering the teaching material in an effective manner to the students. 
• Will be responsible for undertaking periodic assessment of students for assessing their process and through this
  evaluating. 
• Improving teaching methodology and teaching materials through an intensive R&D mechanism, networking; linkages with other institutions and greater use of IT in all school. 
• Will be responsible for setting up IT centers and classes in the schools 
• Undertake annual student assessment through outsourcing for tracking student progress. Monitoring competence through regular assessment and trainings through a well targeted training and outcome assessment program 
• Develop student personality development program by supporting school administration in developing a very strong
  and effective Co curricular activities Drama; site visits; arts and science competitions 
• Regular monitoring of all schools through monitoring officers and framework and regular visits for tracking progress
  on all major indicators.
