    Responsibilities & Authorities:

    • To closely work with the WS/IR on daily sales, ensuring they are on track with respect to assigned monthly target.
    • Identifying the potential retailers, locating key sites for product sales. Ensure a wider availability of product at all key markets.
    • To establish, develop and maintain relationship with them in such a manner that our product is prioritized and pushed to the retailers. Motivate them through various incentive plans from time to time. Make them a part of our own team. 
    • To be aware of all the activities in the market. Gather market data including offers and promotions by other brands. Provide feedback to Retail Manager.
    • To make arrangements for a prominent participation in key social activities taking place within the city. Jointly conduct the placement of banners and stalls to ensure the maximum visibility and that product receive appropriate publicity and subsequently sales through these outdoor activities from time to time in the city.
    • Follow guidelines to increase the product presence with maximum visibility at the retail shop to get attract end users by using posters and other POS material in the most effective placement.
    • To ensure a proper record of all the sales activities in the region
